Zero Data Retention
Your data is not stored by the model provider.
We access models exclusively through contracts that prohibit the provider from retaining submitted content. What is processed does not end up in a training dataset or a provider log.
We bring AI into your company the way large consultancies do, but with actual delivery, a fixed price, and no 300-page deck.
45 Minuten, unverbindlich. Als Ergebnis eine konkrete Potenzial-Übersicht.
You decide after each step whether to continue. No package assumes you will take the next one.
A first conversation, not a sales call. We go through your processes and sort out where AI realistically earns its keep and where it does not. You get a one-page summary with two or three concrete starting points and a rough sense of what each would cost. If we see no viable angle, we say so. That is where it ends.
We screen the relevant processes, assess your data situation, and develop three to five use cases, each with a calculated business case, a build-or-buy recommendation, and an initial data-protection review. The result is a roadmap you can actually decide on. Not a deck that sets up the next decision. If the picture is already clear after the review, we skip this step.
The roadmap becomes packages with a statement of work, fixed price, timeline, and acceptance criteria, structured as a works contract under German law (§ 631 BGB). The effort risk sits with us. You are buying a defined outcome, not a block of day rates.
A monthly platform licence or retainer, each including a development allowance, plus enablement for your team. The people who built the software also run it. That saves you handing over to a third party who has to learn the system from scratch.
So you know what you are signing up for before booking a call.
Your industry, rough company size, and the issue you are dealing with. That is all we need to come prepared.
We go through your processes and look for the points where a lot of manual work meets structured data. That is usually where the money is.
Two or three starting points, each with a rough effort estimate and the question that needs to be answered before a decision. One page, not a deck.
Commission an analysis, go straight to a delivery package, or leave it there. All three paths are available.
An extract of the structure we agree on as a statement of work, before the engagement, not after.

Four principles that apply in every project. Built into the architecture, not added as an appendix.
Your data is not stored by the model provider.
We access models exclusively through contracts that prohibit the provider from retaining submitted content. What is processed does not end up in a training dataset or a provider log.
Personal data is removed before any model ever sees it.
Names, addresses, customer numbers, and similar identifiers are replaced before transmission and restored afterwards. The model works on pseudonymised data; the mapping stays in your system.
Every involved service provider has a data processing agreement in place.
Sub-processors included. Your data protection officer receives a complete chain, not a vendor list where the contractual basis is left open.
We demonstrate that backups can actually be restored.
Art. 32 GDPR requires the ability to restore personal data promptly. An untested backup does not meet that standard. We run regular restore tests and document the results.
The opportunity review is free and non-binding. The opportunity analysis runs at a fixed price and, depending on company size, sits in the low five-figure range. The amount is deliberately sized so that management can approve it without a board resolution. Delivery packages are offered individually after the analysis, each at a fixed price. We do not work on day rates.
Most companies have more data than they realise. It is just scattered across ERP, CRM, ticketing systems, and file storage. The review always includes a look at what actually exists and in what condition. Some use cases work without proprietary data. Others require a clean data foundation, in which case that becomes the first step.
We will tell you that during the review, and you pay nothing. An honest no is better for us than a project without results that also fails as a reference. Not every company has a viable AI starting point right now. Often the answer is process improvement or data quality before any model.
The review is a single session of 45 to 60 minutes; you receive the summary within a few days. The opportunity analysis takes two to three weeks. How quickly something productive goes live depends on the scope of the first delivery package. The timeline is in the proposal before you sign.
No. If the review already surfaces a clear case, we skip the analysis and propose a delivery package directly. The analysis makes sense when several starting points compete and the question is how to prioritise.
We select model providers and hosting regions so that processing takes place in the EU. We work with zero-data-retention agreements and mask personal data before every model call. Every involved service provider, including sub-processors, has a data processing agreement in place.
That is our problem, not yours. The works contract (§ 631 BGB) is there for exactly this reason: we owe a defined outcome, not a time budget. If the scope changes at your request, you get a separate package with its own fixed price, not an open-ended change discussion.
We do, if you want. Operations and further development are available as step 04, with a monthly retainer and a development allowance. Alternatively, we hand over with full documentation to your team; in that case, enablement is part of the final delivery package. What we do not do: leave behind a system nobody understands.
45 minutes, no strings attached. You leave with a written shortlist.
