A day rate rewards effort. A fixed price rewards building the right thing efficiently. We work with works contracts under German law (§ 631 BGB) and owe you a defined outcome, not a block of time. The effort risk sits with us, where the competence to estimate it also lives.

Every statement of work sets out, before you sign, how delivery will be measured. That avoids the conversation at project end where both sides remember the same agreement differently.

If we see no viable angle in the opportunity review, we say so. A project without a return costs us a reference and you a budget. That trade is bad for everyone.

There is no account manager between you and the work. The person writing the roadmap is also responsible for making sure it can be built. That disciplines strategy more than any review process.
